By service type

Brands by Type of Equipment

Brands are grouped by the kind of work they usually involve, and each card names only the appliance types that company actually makes. A Wolf card, for example, shows cooking equipment and nothing else.

Mainstream kitchen and laundry

The makers behind most of the fridges, ranges and washers in Montgomery and Prince George's county homes, from colonials to condo closets. Parts for them are stocked widely and rarely hold up a repair.

7 brands

Value and entry-level

Budget models, often built on a bigger manufacturer's platform. Small failures are quick, sensible fixes; major ones seldom pay off.

5 brands

Store brands

Sold under a retailer's name, built by someone else. The model number reveals the actual manufacturer, and that decides which parts fit.

2 brands

Premium European and specialist

Well-engineered machines, often compact or panel-ready, that tend to deserve repair well into their life. Certain parts come from the maker rather than a local distributor.

9 brands

Built-in and pro-style

Refrigeration and cooking equipment built into the cabinetry or anchoring the kitchen. Access gets planned before the visit, and repair stays the smart choice far longer than with freestanding units.

15 brands

Commercial food service

Ice machines, reach-ins, warewashers and cooking lines for restaurants, cafés and bars. When the fault permits, work is timed around service.

Houses, Townhomes and Condos in Montgomery and Prince George's

None of these 48 manufacturers is affiliated with us; we repair their equipment independently. An appliance still covered by its factory warranty belongs with its maker first. When you book, the model and serial label matters more than the badge on the door: parent companies share parts across their nameplates, and store brands have changed suppliers more than once.

Condos & high-rises
Many buildings want a loading-dock slot, an elevator booking or a sign-in at the desk. Mention those rules at booking so the visit fits them.
Stacked laundry
Washer-dryer stacks in closets and hall nooks often have to come out of the space to be worked on. Measurements or a photo help us prepare.
Older houses
A new appliance in a house built decades ago can be let down by the outlet, gas line, drain or vent behind it. We test the supply as well as the machine.
Tenants & owners
A renter can book the visit. We report the fault and the quote to the owner or property manager, whose approval comes before any repair.
Humid summers & garages
Sticky summer air makes fridges sweat and front-loader gaskets smell, and a garage fridge can struggle in the heat. Some of that is upkeep, not a failed part.
A straight answer
If fixing an older unit makes little sense, you will hear that from us, along with which part gave out.

How a Repair Visit Works

01

Book the Visit

Call or use the form. Name the make and describe the fault; a model number, if handy, speeds up parts.

02

Find the Fault

At your place, the technician checks the appliance and whatever feeds it (power, water, drain, gas or venting) until the cause is clear.

03

Approve the Price

You get a plain explanation and a price for the repair. The work starts only if you say yes.

04

Fix and Check

The new part is fitted and the appliance is run through a cycle, so you can see it working.
