Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

The short answer

TrueFix Maryland does not sell personal data. Nor is it fed into targeted ads or into automated profiling that makes decisions about people. Customer lists are never rented, traded or handed to data brokers, and no ad-tracking code on this site follows you around the web. Your details are used to book and complete your repair and for the records that come with it.

Service providers are not buyers

A few companies process information for us so they can do a specific job: hosting the site, carrying email, running our scheduling software, delivering texts and, if we turn it on, Google Analytics. They work for us and may not use it to market to you. The Privacy Policy names each one and what it receives.

If we ever planned to sell data or use it for targeted ads, we would update this page and the Privacy Policy first and give you the chance to opt out before it began.

Browser privacy signals

If your browser or an extension sends an opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or targeted advertising. Since we do neither, nothing changes in how the site behaves.

Putting your opt-out on record
