Text Updates for Your Repair
If you'd rather read a text than take a call, sign up below. TrueFix Maryland will then text you as your job moves along: when the visit is booked, a reminder ahead of it, when the technician heads your way and when an ordered part comes in.
The texts are about service, not sales. Message frequency varies with the job, and msg & data rates may apply. Signing up is entirely optional. No purchase is required, and we will book and complete your repair whether or not you agree to texts.
What the texts cover
- Confirmation of the appointment you booked, with the date and time window we agreed.
- A reminder before the visit, so you can reschedule if the day no longer works.
- A heads-up when the technician is on the way to your address.
- An update when a part ordered for your repair arrives and the return visit can be set.
These texts are not advertising. Your mobile number and opt-in are not sold, and they are not shared with other companies for their marketing.
