Atosa refrigerator repair
Atosa Refrigerator Repair in Maryland
We repair Atosa refrigerators at homes and businesses in Montgomery and Prince George's counties. Reach-ins, undercounters, worktops, sandwich and pizza prep tables and back-bar coolers. Dirty coils, stalled fans, controller and probe faults and torn gaskets make up most of the work.
Booking online works too. With the Atosa refrigerator's model number in the form, we can check part availability before we come.
First the appliance and its location, then your contact details. We follow up to schedule.
Atosa Refrigerator Repair in Houses, Townhomes and Condos
We are independent: not a Atosa service center, and not authorized by Atosa. If your refrigerator is still inside the Atosa warranty, go to the manufacturer first. Once it's past that coverage, a model number in your booking lets us source parts ahead of the visit.
How a Refrigerator Repair Visit Works
Book the Visit
Call or use the form. Name the make and describe the fault; a model number, if handy, speeds up parts.
Find the Fault
At your place, the technician checks the appliance and whatever feeds it (power, water, drain, gas or venting) until the cause is clear.
Approve the Price
You get a plain explanation and a price for the repair. The work starts only if you say yes.
Fix and Check
The new part is fitted and the appliance is run through a cycle, so you can see it working.
How Atosa builds its refrigerators
Every Atosa refrigerator, from a two-door reach-in to a 48-inch pizza prep table, follows the same plan. There's a condensing unit on the top or bottom, a finned coil and fan inside the box, a controller that reads a probe, and doors that seal against magnetic gaskets. When the box won't hold temperature, the usual suspects are a coil outside matted with grease, a fan inside that has quit, or a split gasket feeding warm, humid kitchen air to the coil until it frosts. Prep tables have an extra wrinkle. The pans in the top rail stay cold only because air from the cabinet underneath is pushed up around them, so the lid needs to be down between orders and the air path kept clear. Door hinges and self-closers wear under constant use and are easy to replace.
Parts that tend to fail on Atosa refrigerators
- Condenser coated with fryer grease
- Evaporator fan motor stopped
- Gasket split at the corner
- Controller probe reading off
- Self-closing hinge worn

Atosa Refrigerator Repair Questions
The questions that come up most often. Anything not covered here, ask us when you call, or add it to the booking form's notes field.
Have a different question?
Tell us what make it is and what's going wrong. A few things can be settled over the phone, and anything else gets looked at during the visit.
The rail depends on cold air moving up from the cabinet, and it holds best with the lid closed between orders. A blocked air path, a stalled fan or pans packed too tight can leave the rail warm. We check the airflow and the fan.
Usually warm, humid air getting in through a split gasket or a door that doesn't close by itself, or a controller that isn't running defrost properly. We fix the source, then clear the ice so the coil can breathe again.
