Samsung range repair
Samsung Range Repair in Maryland
We repair Samsung ranges at homes and businesses in Montgomery and Prince George's counties. Slide-in and freestanding Samsung ranges in gas, electric, induction and dual-fuel, many with Wi-Fi. Main controls, touch panels, igniters, sensors and front knob switches fail most.
Booking online works too. With the Samsung range's model number in the form, we can check part availability before we come.
First the appliance and its location, then your contact details. We follow up to schedule.
Samsung Range Repair in Houses, Townhomes and Condos
We are independent: not a Samsung service center, and not authorized by Samsung. If your range is still inside the Samsung warranty, go to the manufacturer first. Once it's past that coverage, a model number in your booking lets us source parts ahead of the visit.
How a Range Repair Visit Works
Book the Visit
Call or use the form. Name the make and describe the fault; a model number, if handy, speeds up parts.
Find the Fault
At your place, the technician checks the appliance and whatever feeds it (power, water, drain, gas or venting) until the cause is clear.
Approve the Price
You get a plain explanation and a price for the repair. The work starts only if you say yes.
Fix and Check
The new part is fitted and the appliance is run through a cycle, so you can see it working.
How Samsung builds its ranges
A Samsung range packs more electronics than a basic stove: touch controls, Wi-Fi, and on some models air fry or the Flex Duo divider. Front-control slide-ins put the knobs at hip height, and in 2024 Samsung recalled more than a million slide-in electric ranges because those front knobs could be turned on by accident; the remedy from Samsung is a set of knob locks or covers, not a paid repair. Dual-fuel models pair a gas cooktop with an electric oven, so one appliance carries two sets of failure points. The recurring repairs are oven sensors, bake elements or igniters, touch panels, front knob switches and the main control. A range that has been pulled out for repair should go back with its anti-tip bracket engaged, especially in homes with small children.
Parts that tend to fail on Samsung ranges
- Main control relay stuck or open
- Touch panel ignoring key presses
- Weak oven igniter on gas models
- Convection element or fan failed
- Front-mounted knob switch worn

Samsung Range Repair Questions
The questions that come up most often. Anything not covered here, ask us when you call, or add it to the booking form's notes field.
Have a different question?
Tell us what make it is and what's going wrong. A few things can be settled over the phone, and anything else gets looked at during the visit.
Samsung has a recall lookup by model and serial number, found on the label inside the storage drawer or door frame. If your range is covered, Samsung supplies knob locks or covers. We can help you locate the numbers if the label is hard to find.
Probably not. On a dual-fuel range the oven is electric, so the cause is usually an element, the temperature sensor, a relay or the control. Working burners tell us the gas side is fine.
