Bosch range repair
Bosch Range Repair in Maryland
We repair Bosch ranges at homes and businesses in Montgomery and Prince George's counties. Gas, electric, induction and dual-fuel slide-ins with front controls. Induction modules and boards, touch panels, convection fans, oven sensors and self-clean locks cover most repairs.
Booking online works too. With the Bosch range's model number in the form, we can check part availability before we come.
First the appliance and its location, then your contact details. We follow up to schedule.
Bosch Range Repair in Houses, Townhomes and Condos
We are independent: not a Bosch service center, and not authorized by Bosch. If your range is still inside the Bosch warranty, go to the manufacturer first. Once it's past that coverage, a model number in your booking lets us source parts ahead of the visit.
How a Range Repair Visit Works
Book the Visit
Call or use the form. Name the make and describe the fault; a model number, if handy, speeds up parts.
Find the Fault
At your place, the technician checks the appliance and whatever feeds it (power, water, drain, gas or venting) until the cause is clear.
Approve the Price
You get a plain explanation and a price for the repair. The work starts only if you say yes.
Fix and Check
The new part is fitted and the appliance is run through a cycle, so you can see it working.
How Bosch builds its ranges
Bosch slide-ins come in gas, electric, induction and dual-fuel versions, and on all of them the touch controls and main board sit right above the oven door, close to the heat. On the induction models, if one zone stops working, look first at the board that powers it and the plug-in connections, because the glass is rarely the problem. The oven's convection system is a fan and an element at the back wall. A dual-fuel model needs a gas line for the top and a 240-volt circuit for the oven. An oven that bakes too hot or too cool, whatever its fuel, most often has a temperature sensor that has drifted, and now and then the lock refuses to open once self-clean has finished.
Parts that tend to fail on Bosch ranges
- Induction power board failed
- Touch panel not responding
- Convection fan motor seized
- Oven sensor reading wrong
- Door lock stuck after self-clean
Faults that show up whatever the brand are explained in our range repair overview.

Bosch Range Repair Questions
The questions that come up most often. Anything not covered here, ask us when you call, or add it to the booking form's notes field.
Have a different question?
Tell us what make it is and what's going wrong. A few things can be settled over the phone, and anything else gets looked at during the visit.
The range checks its coils and power boards constantly. When it keeps flagging the same zone, the board serving that zone or a loose plug on it is the likely cause. The circuit is tested so the part isn't a guess.
No, because the oven on a Bosch dual-fuel is electric. Uneven baking usually traces to the convection element or fan, or a sensor that has drifted. All three get checked.
