Samsung dishwasher repair
Samsung Dishwasher Repair in Maryland
We repair Samsung dishwashers at homes and businesses in Montgomery and Prince George's counties. Built-in Samsung dishwashers, including StormWash and WaterWall models. Leak sensor lockouts, drain pumps, hinge cables and heater circuits are the recurring faults.
Booking online works too. With the Samsung dishwasher's model number in the form, we can check part availability before we come.
First the appliance and its location, then your contact details. We follow up to schedule.
Samsung Dishwasher Repair in Houses, Townhomes and Condos
We are independent: not a Samsung service center, and not authorized by Samsung. If your dishwasher is still inside the Samsung warranty, go to the manufacturer first. Once it's past that coverage, a model number in your booking lets us source parts ahead of the visit.
How a Dishwasher Repair Visit Works
Book the Visit
Call or use the form. Name the make and describe the fault; a model number, if handy, speeds up parts.
Find the Fault
At your place, the technician checks the appliance and whatever feeds it (power, water, drain, gas or venting) until the cause is clear.
Approve the Price
You get a plain explanation and a price for the repair. The work starts only if you say yes.
Fix and Check
The new part is fitted and the appliance is run through a cycle, so you can see it working.
How Samsung builds its dishwashers
A Samsung dishwasher protects the floor with a float switch in its base pan. When water gets there, the machine stops and shows LC or a similar leak code, often running the drain pump without end. Oversudsing from the wrong detergent can trigger it, but so can a weeping door gasket, a sump seal, a cracked spray arm hub or a loose inlet fitting, so the job is tracing where the water came from. WaterWall models push a spray bar along a track at the back of the tub, and a utensil that falls through can stall it. Some Samsung dishwashers have a known weakness in the door hinge springs and cables, which lets the door slam down. Cold, wet dishes point to the heater or its sensor. Slow drains usually begin at the filter, which needs regular rinsing.
Parts that tend to fail on Samsung dishwashers
- Leak code from a failing tub or door seal
- Hinge spring or cable snapped on one side
- WaterWall spray bar stuck on its track
- Filter clogged, water left after the cycle
- Heater or temperature sensor, dishes stay wet
Faults that show up whatever the brand are explained in our dishwasher repair overview.

Samsung Dishwasher Repair Questions
The questions that come up most often. Anything not covered here, ask us when you call, or add it to the booking form's notes field.
Have a different question?
Tell us what make it is and what's going wrong. A few things can be settled over the phone, and anything else gets looked at during the visit.
Turn it off and check the floor and toe-kick area for water. Too much or the wrong detergent can cause suds that trip the leak sensor, but a real leak is common too. Once the base is dry we find the source so the code doesn't come back.
It is a repair. Each side has a hinge spring and cable, and they are replaceable. When one side fails the other is often worn too, so both are checked and usually done together.
