Bosch dishwasher repair
Bosch Dishwasher Repair in Maryland
We repair Bosch dishwashers at homes and businesses in Montgomery and Prince George's counties. 100 through 800 Series and Benchmark models, many with CrystalDry. E15 leak trips, E24 and E25 drain faults, heater pump failures, snapped hinge cables and latch problems lead the list.
Booking online works too. With the Bosch dishwasher's model number in the form, we can check part availability before we come.
First the appliance and its location, then your contact details. We follow up to schedule.
Bosch Dishwasher Repair in Houses, Townhomes and Condos
We are independent: not a Bosch service center, and not authorized by Bosch. If your dishwasher is still inside the Bosch warranty, go to the manufacturer first. Once it's past that coverage, a model number in your booking lets us source parts ahead of the visit.
How a Dishwasher Repair Visit Works
Book the Visit
Call or use the form. Name the make and describe the fault; a model number, if handy, speeds up parts.
Find the Fault
At your place, the technician checks the appliance and whatever feeds it (power, water, drain, gas or venting) until the cause is clear.
Approve the Price
You get a plain explanation and a price for the repair. The work starts only if you say yes.
Fix and Check
The new part is fitted and the appliance is run through a cycle, so you can see it working.
How Bosch builds its dishwashers
A handful of Bosch codes account for most calls. E15 means water got into the base and floated the leak switch; the machine stops and runs its drain pump, and the real job is finding the leak. E24 and E25 are drain trouble: a kinked hose, a packed filter, or a piece of glass or a cherry pit wedged under the drain pump's cover. On many models the heater lives inside the circulation pump, and a failure in that assembly may appear as E09. A door that crashes open when released has broken hinge cables or springs. Drying depends on condensation or CrystalDry, so rinse aid matters more than owners expect. Scale from tap water dulls glassware and plugs spray arm holes over time.
Parts that tend to fail on Bosch dishwashers
- E15 water in the base pan
- E24 or E25 drain blockage
- Heater pump failed (E09)
- Hinge cable snapped
- Door latch not closing

Bosch Dishwasher Repair Questions
The questions that come up most often. Anything not covered here, ask us when you call, or add it to the booking form's notes field.
Have a different question?
Tell us what make it is and what's going wrong. A few things can be settled over the phone, and anything else gets looked at during the visit.
The code clears, but whatever put water there is still leaking. Door seals, the heater pump and loose hose connections are the usual sources. The leak gets traced and repaired first; resetting comes after.
Almost always the hinge cable or spring on one or both sides. They fray and snap with years of use. We replace them in pairs as needed so the door balances again.
