Samsung dryer repair
Samsung Dryer Repair in Maryland
We repair Samsung dryers at homes and businesses in Montgomery and Prince George's counties. Gas and electric dryers sold alongside the washers. We most often replace heating elements, thermal fuses, igniters and gas valve coils, drum rollers and moisture sensor parts.
Booking online works too. With the Samsung dryer's model number in the form, we can check part availability before we come.
First the appliance and its location, then your contact details. We follow up to schedule.
Samsung Dryer Repair in Houses, Townhomes and Condos
We are independent: not a Samsung service center, and not authorized by Samsung. If your dryer is still inside the Samsung warranty, go to the manufacturer first. Once it's past that coverage, a model number in your booking lets us source parts ahead of the visit.
How a Dryer Repair Visit Works
Book the Visit
Call or use the form. Name the make and describe the fault; a model number, if handy, speeds up parts.
Find the Fault
At your place, the technician checks the appliance and whatever feeds it (power, water, drain, gas or venting) until the cause is clear.
Approve the Price
You get a plain explanation and a price for the repair. The work starts only if you say yes.
Fix and Check
The new part is fitted and the appliance is run through a cycle, so you can see it working.
How Samsung builds its dryers
Take away the touch panel and a Samsung dryer is a simple machine. Electric models heat with an element at the back, guarded by a thermal fuse and a high-limit thermostat; gas models use an igniter and a pair of valve coils. Many models post HE or hE when the expected temperature rise doesn't arrive, but the code can't distinguish a burned element from a blown fuse or a choked vent. In condos and townhouses the exhaust often runs a long way through a closet wall or up to the roof, and that run collects lint quietly until the fuse opens. Gas dryers with weak coils give the classic pattern of heat for the first few minutes, then none. Squeaks and thumps come from the drum rollers and idler pulley. Every no-heat diagnosis starts with the vent.
Parts that tend to fail on Samsung dryers
- Thermal fuse tripped by a lint-choked vent
- Broken coil in the electric heating element
- Gas valve coils failing once warm
- Drum rollers or idler pulley squeaking
- Moisture sensor bars cutting cycles short

Samsung Dryer Repair Questions
The questions that come up most often. Anything not covered here, ask us when you call, or add it to the booking form's notes field.
Have a different question?
Tell us what make it is and what's going wrong. A few things can be settled over the phone, and anything else gets looked at during the visit.
The code only says the dryer didn't see heat when it expected it. A restricted vent, a blown thermal fuse, a failed element, an igniter or a thermostat can all produce it. We check airflow first, then test each part in the heat circuit before replacing anything.
Signs include loads taking two cycles, a hot laundry room, a very hot top panel, or weak airflow at the outside hood while the dryer runs. Roof vents are harder to reach and their hoods can trap lint. A vent cleaning service can clear the full run; we check the dryer side and airflow at the unit.
