Bosch dryer repair
Bosch Dryer Repair in Maryland
We repair Bosch dryers at homes and businesses in Montgomery and Prince George's counties. Compact condensation and heat pump dryers, usually stacked on the matching washer. Lint on the condenser, condensate pumps, blocked drain hoses, belts and moisture sensing come up most.
Booking online works too. With the Bosch dryer's model number in the form, we can check part availability before we come.
First the appliance and its location, then your contact details. We follow up to schedule.
Bosch Dryer Repair in Houses, Townhomes and Condos
We are independent: not a Bosch service center, and not authorized by Bosch. If your dryer is still inside the Bosch warranty, go to the manufacturer first. Once it's past that coverage, a model number in your booking lets us source parts ahead of the visit.
How a Dryer Repair Visit Works
Book the Visit
Call or use the form. Name the make and describe the fault; a model number, if handy, speeds up parts.
Find the Fault
At your place, the technician checks the appliance and whatever feeds it (power, water, drain, gas or venting) until the cause is clear.
Approve the Price
You get a plain explanation and a price for the repair. The work starts only if you say yes.
Fix and Check
The new part is fitted and the appliance is run through a cycle, so you can see it working.
How Bosch builds its dryers
Nearly every Bosch dryer in local homes is a 24-inch compact model that never vents outdoors. A condenser model cools the damp air until the water drops out, then holds it in a container or sends it down a hose. A heat pump model reaches the same result with a miniature refrigerant circuit, using less energy and gentler heat. That makes them ideal for condos and closets. The trade-off is lint: whatever slips past the screen lands on the condenser, and drying time grows. Some newer models rinse the condenser automatically; older ones have a removable condenser to wash by hand. A failed condensate pump or clogged drain line can stop a cycle outright. Compact dryers are slower by design, so the expected cycle time is the baseline before calling it a fault.
Parts that tend to fail on Bosch dryers
- Condenser coated with lint
- Condensate pump failed
- Drain hose blocked, tank full
- Drum belt broken
- Moisture sensor coated, cycle ending early
Faults that show up whatever the brand are explained in our dryer repair overview.

Bosch Dryer Repair Questions
The questions that come up most often. Anything not covered here, ask us when you call, or add it to the booking form's notes field.
Have a different question?
Tell us what make it is and what's going wrong. A few things can be settled over the phone, and anything else gets looked at during the visit.
Lint on the condenser is the usual answer. Clean the screen and, if your model has a removable condenser, rinse it until the fins are clear. A partly blocked drain path does the same thing. If drying stays slow, we test heat and airflow.
Either into a removable container or out through a hose to a drain or the washer's standpipe. If the container fills fast, or the dryer stops with a full-container message while hooked to a drain, the pump or hose is the place to look.
